Founder

Harikumar was a visionary who arrived in the United Arab Emirates in the early 1980s with a modest capital base and big dreams. He established the direction and vision that motivates Al Abar and its commitment to the industry. Harikumar became a serial entrepreneur: venturing successfully into trading, construction and hospitality. He believed in the continuing pursuit of new ideas, impeccable quality standards, and far-reaching goals that others considered impossible. Harikumar passed away in 2011 upon which, his family, Jayasree, Arjun, and Adarsh took over, carrying on his innovative vision and adapting his legacy to provide exceptional services throughout the UAE
